Bridge Up Mentorship Program
The Bridge Up Mentorship Program supports our mission by using mentorship to empower low-income and single-parent youth during their transition to high school. Held every fall, the program connects 8th grade students from Roger E. Temple Intermediate School (Garvey School District) with San Gabriel High School mentors who provide the guidance and exposure they need to thrive!
We launched our first cohort of the Bridge Up Mentorship Program in the Fall-Winter season of 2025. Here is the graduating 8th grade mentees from Roger E. Temple Intermediate School and mentors who volunteered from San Gabriel High School.

Through our public speaking workshop at Martha Baldwin Elementary School, we taught 8th graders key aspects of body language, communication skills, and rhetorical appeals, impacting 85+ students.
